维修工是长白班，固定周末双休。入职全额缴纳五险一金，免费提供中午午餐。有班车到青阳县城，对人选要求大专以上学历，需要懂机械设备的画图，参与项目改造，动手能力要求高。化工行业至少3年以上维修岗位经验。
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair all plant mechanical equipment as directed by the me-chanical maintenance foreman
根据维修主管的指示，对工厂所有机械设备进行检查、故障排除和维修。
• Make periodic inspections of plant equipment and report its condition to the maintenance supervisor for further evaluation.
定期对工厂设备进行检查，并向维修主管汇报其状态以供进一步评估。
• Regularly communicate interdepartmentally on the status of jobs, projected completion time, and the need (if any) for assistance.
定期在部门间就工作进展、预计完成时间及是否需要协助进行沟通。
• Support Maintenance Supervisor on collection of equipment information, spare part ***-agement and maintenance recording 协助维修主管收集、更新并维护设备资料、备件台账、维修记录
• Propose and develop engineering solution for continues improvement of plant performances and quality of the products
提出并开发持续改善工厂性能和产品质量的工程解决方案。
• Support Maintenance Supervisor on WBI planning, tracking and correction action plan 协助维修主管计划、推行维修点检工作，并结合相关结果制定和执行维修计划
• In time machine failure repairing and opportunity identification to improvement 按时解决设备故障，并在此过程中不断的识别设备改进的机会
• Regularly review and update maintenance work standard and guideline the daily repairing work, help to execute the preventive maintenance 定期检查和更新维修标准，指导日常的设备故障维修，协助推进预防性维护
• Time review the maintenance work, improvement job and continuously Kaizen to reduce the machine failure downtime 定期回顾设备维修工作，改善维修，持续减少设备非计划停机时间
